If you're graduating in May like me, or are looking for a summer internship, you are probably starting to apply like crazy (if you haven't already been)

To help you (and me!) I published a podcast episode (AND a blog post) all about how to write a kick-ass resume and cover letter!

My top 3 tips are:
⭐ Use keywords from the job description
⭐ Describe your success in the position, not just your duties
⭐ Show a little personality, while still exemplifying the company culture (which you should have researched!)

Share a post from your favorite Black creator on Instagram on your stories (just tag me in the story so that I see it and count your entry OR comment below what you’ve been doing to celebrate Black History Month + Black joy! If you do both, it counts as 2 entries!

The idea here is to give you products from a few Black-owned businesses/creators AND to have you amplify the voices of other Black people on Instagram (and not just the ones educating white people) so that their content gets seen more.
